Aditya Trivedi is a Corporate, Disputes, and Regulatory lawyer based in New Delhi and a member Delhi High Court Bar Association. As an independent legal counsel, he specializes in competition law, regulatory policy, and IPR matters, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to law and economics.
With a strong commitment to professional leadership and policy, Aditya serves as the Co-Chair (Membership) of the AIMA Young Leaders Council and is the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas – Young Founders’ Club. His deep roots in Madhya Pradesh are reflected in his long-standing non-executive role on the board of the Samacharline Media Group, the state’s oldest digital media conglomerate. He also serves on the board of Pratha-Indic Renaissance, a registered public trust, and serves as Coordinator for Young Thinkers Forum-Delhi chapter.
Aditya is a recognized voice in legal education and has been invited to speak at prestigious institutions, including Delhi University and various National Law Universities (NLUs). He is also the founder of the globally recognized podcast, “In Conversation with IPR and Competition Law,” which has been integrated into academic syllabi at institutions like HNLU, Raipur.
He brings extensive experience across law, management, and public policy to Arth Vidhi, helping drive the organization’s mission of legal literacy and social empowerment. Under his leadership, Arth Vidhi strives to serve the society with a forward looking approach.
