Noyonika Gogoi serves as an Assistant Professor in the Law Department at Asian Law College. She holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from Gauhati University, Assam, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law and Public Policy from Sibsagar University.

With over six years of experience across academia, the corporate sector, and international NGOs, she brings a diverse perspective to legal education and research. She has also worked as a Research Associate at India’s first Animal Law Centre at NALSAR University, Hyderabad.

Her work focuses on environmental and animal law, and she has presented research at national and international conferences, published articles and book chapters, and authored the book Role of Sustainable Development Goals in Nation Building. She has conducted multiple seminars and workshops and has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Influential Women in Social Work by the Central Bank of India.
